As a responsible vehicle owner, it’s crucial to make road safety a priority for yourself and others. One of the most effective ways to ensure your vehicle is in top condition is by adhering to annual MOT (Ministry of Transport) tests.

MOTs include checking brakes, tyre tread depth, pressure and overall condition, ensuring the suspension system is functioning well, and paying special attention to shock absorbers, springs and steering joints. Your MOT tester will also check the functionality of your headlights, taillights, brake lights, indicators and other lighting systems. Finally, the integrity of the exhaust system including the catalytic converter and silencer will be checked.

Below you will find a guide to how much your MOT will cost, depending on which type of vehicle you own. You can book Class 4 & Class 7 MOTs up to 12 months in advance. Please call us or complete the ‘request a booking’ form to make sure you get your vehicle MOT booked on a date that suits you best.
